Built to last, looked after for longer
Eurodome structures are low maintenance by design. Engineered timber domes have nothing to corrode, and our fabric buildings and canopies use hot-dip galvanised steel and hard-wearing covers, so many of our buildings are still in daily use decades after we installed them.
A little regular care keeps them that way. We service and maintain the structures we build, spotting small issues before they become big ones and keeping your building safe, watertight and performing as it should.
Servicing that protects your investment
A storage building is a serious asset, and looking after it protects both its value and the people who use it. Regular servicing keeps everything working as designed and helps you meet your duty of care as the building's owner.
We agree a schedule that suits your building and how hard it works, then handle the checks for you. A typical visit covers:
The steel frame, timber panels and structural fixings
Fabric cover condition, tension and fixings
Doors, roller shutters, ventilation and lighting
A written report with any recommendations
Low maintenance by design
The best maintenance is the maintenance you never need. Our structures are engineered to shrug off the weather and keep going with minimal attention, which keeps your running costs down year after year.
Timber domes have no steel to rust and need little more than the occasional check. Fabric buildings and canopies use post-production hot-dip galvanised frames and durable covers built to handle demanding sites.
One team who knows your building
Because we designed, made and installed your structure, we know exactly how it goes together. That means faster, better-informed servicing and the right parts to hand, with no third party trying to work out someone else's building.
If something does need putting right, we can take care of repairs and fabric re-sheeting too, so there is always one number to call.
How our maintenance works
Good maintenance does not need to be complicated. We keep it simple, working around your operation and giving you a clear picture of your building's condition after every visit. From the first inspection to the written report, you deal with the same team who built the structure and know it inside out.
-
Tell us about your building, how old it is and how hard it works, and whether you have noticed anything you would like us to look at. We use this to plan the right kind of visit for you, whether that is a one-off inspection or regular servicing on a schedule that suits your operation.
-
Our team visits your site and works through the whole structure, checking the steel frame, timber panels, fixings, fabric cover, tension, doors, shutters, ventilation and lighting. We look for early signs of wear so that small issues can be dealt with long before they become expensive to put right.
-
After the visit you get a clear, written report on the condition of your building. It sets out what is in good order, anything worth keeping an eye on and anything we would recommend putting right, so you can plan and budget with a full picture rather than guesswork, with no pressure to have work done.
-
Where it helps, we carry out routine maintenance on the spot, such as re-tensioning the cover, tightening fixings and clearing anything that could shorten the building's life. Keeping on top of the small things is what keeps a structure watertight and safe, and saves you from bigger bills later on.
-
If the inspection turns up anything that needs more than routine upkeep, we can quote for repairs or fabric re-sheeting and carry them out with the same crew. There is no need to bring in a separate contractor to work out how someone else's building goes together, which saves you time and money.
-
Many clients move onto a regular servicing arrangement so their building is checked and maintained without them having to think about it or diarise it. Whatever suits you, you have one team on hand who knows your structure and can keep it performing for decades, exactly as it was built to.
Maintenance for every structure
Whatever we have built for you, we can help you look after it.
Container Canopies
Simple, hard-wearing structures that need very little upkeep. We check the fixings, cover and containers, and re-tension anything that has worked loose over time.
Dome Timber Barns
Engineered timber with nothing to corrode, so upkeep is minimal. We inspect the panels, shingle cover and structure to keep your dome performing for decades to come.
Fabric Buildings
Hot-dip galvanised frames and durable covers keep maintenance low. We check the frame, the fabric tension and the fixings, and put right any early wear before it spreads.
Sliding Roofs
A simple mechanism built to withstand salt and weather. We service the moving parts, check the aluminium and keep the roof sliding smoothly and reliably all year round.
Our latest projects
Throughout the UK and Ireland, we've installed over 180 storage buildings, and many are still in daily use decades on.
Ower (M3), Highways England Area 3
A strategic store for 22,000 tonnes of salt, with solar panels, lighting and ventilation. Exactly the kind of critical asset that regular servicing keeps running winter after winter.
Watch and see the results for yourself.
